MILAN - Salvatore Fresi celebrates his 43rd birthday today.
The former Inter defender made 123 appearances and scored one goal during a five-year spell at the club, playing his part in the Nerazzurri's 1997/98 UEFA Cup triumph.
Fresi has also turned out for Inter Forever 10 times.
