Tribute to Alessandro Giancaterino

MILAN – F.C. Internazionale has paid tribute to Alessandro Giancaterino, the Inter fan who was killed in the tragic avalanche that hit the Hotel Rigopiano recently.

Giancaterino – who leaves a nine-year-old son and worked at the hotel – was a big Nerazzurri fan and was using a picture of Gabriel Barbosa as his profile picture on Facebook. We have chosen to honour him with our own picture of the Brazilian striker.

Giancaterino was also a member of Inter Club Penne and often visited San Siro with his older brother and son.

Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time.
