bagged Inter's first goal of 2017. The Colombian defender starred in Inter's opening match in the Marbella Trophy, scoring twice as the Nerazzurri came from behind to win: "The most important thing is to work hard to prepare as best we can for the return to league action," he said post-match. "It was great to score twice but this trip must first and foremost allow us to be fit and firing in time for Udinese. We need to make the most of it, even our mistakes, to be ready on 8 January and know where we can improve."
