MILAN – On this #WisdomWedensday, when we take to social media and remember memorable quotes from Inter greats, we go back to something said by Wesley Sneijder when he arrived at the club

The Dutchman, who was part of the legendary Treble-winning side, was casting his mind back to something David Endt, among the staff at Ajax and a devoted Inter fan, said to him during his time there.

"One day I went into his office, which was full of Nerazzurri scarves and gadgets, and he said to me: ‘One day you’ll play for Inter’. Then he called me to say that his dream – of seeing me in the Nerazzurri shirt – had come true."
