APPIANO GENTILE – Training on the eve of Inter vs. Roma started straight away on the pitch. The team warmed up with a run, stretching, speed exercises and work on their change of direction.
The squad was then split into small groups where the players continued with drills focusing on individual technique. There were then matches on a small-size pitch with the players restricted to one touch for the first and two for the second.
A tactical session then brought training to a close.
