MANCHESTER - StefanoVecchi’s Primavera side will tomorrow take part in their UEFA Youth League Round of 16 match against Manchester City at the Academy Stadium
In terms of their pre-match preparations, the Nerazzurri coach has said: “We’re trying not to leave anything to chance and we’re doing our best, paying close attention and showing the right spirit,” said Vecchi to Inter TV. “We are proud to be coming up against one of the most important teams in world football.
“Our UEFA Youth League experience has strengthened us, helping us to understand what it’s like to face teams from outside of Italian football. We’ve grown as a team. Manchester City probably have more experience but we are not lacking international players. It will not be easy, but we are convinced that we can do it. Our focus will be decisive tomorrow, because when we show concentration and desire then we are a tough match for anyone.”
