The Nerazzurri forward looked back on the win against Spartak Moscow and glanced to the future with the first team

MILAN - Andrea Pinamonti spoke to Inter TV about the European adventure after the win on penalties against Spartak Moscow. "It was certainly a great feeling, it was the first time that me and my teammates had played together at San Siro. It was certainly a great match, decided on penalties so that meant we had to suffer for it but in the end everything went well and we’re all happy with the result."

Tomorrow, the draw will be held for the UEFA Youth League last 16. "We certainly saw that all of the teams that we could meet are top clubs and we expected this. We know that you need to take on big teams in this competition if you want to win it." Pinamonti’s first taste of first team football came in Europe. "In Europe, me and my teammates have seen that there are some very organised teams but, above all they’re physical. There’s certainly lots more to learn but we’re in our fourth European match and we’ll certainly be ready for the challenge. The Primavera league campaign is going well despite the last two defeats but with the work from Vecchi we’ll be able to lift ourselves. In terms of the first team, we want to get back on track for the Champions League on Sunday against Bologna."
