Inter Club and Inter Campus come together once more

NEW JERSEY - Inter Club and Inter Campus met for an event that represents friendship and solidarity. Once again, a benefits dinner was held for the Inter Campus children who are always in the hearts of Nerazzurri members. 

The Venetian Restaurant in Garfield, New Jersey was the meeting place for the 400 people participating in the initiative organised by Inter Club Facchetti New Jersey that is presided over by Aldo Tiripicchio. The special guests were treble-winning star and Inter Forever representative Christian Chivu and Italian Ambassador to the United States of American Inigo Lambertini who is a big Inter fan. During the event which began after a moment of reflection in honour of Davide Astori, Chivu received a certificate from the US Congress in recognition of his career. A celebratory cake was donated by famous chef the ‘cake boss’ Buddy Valastro and the national anthems were brilliantly performed by the nine-year-old Romina Perri to make the evening even more pleasurable. 

During the event, shirts from various Inter players such as Icardi, Skriniar, Rafinha, Borja Valero and of course Chivu were put up for auction. The funds raised will go to the Nossa Senhora de Fatima parish church which is a partner of Inter Campus Brazil in Sao Paulo, where thanks to the work of local contacts, 220 boys and girls take part in activities that aim to boost school attendance and show greater interest in helping disadvantaged areas.
