"We had lots of chances to score but we didn't manage it, it's a shame", said the midfielder after Atalanta-Inter.

BERGAMO - After starting tonight against Atalanta, Borja Valero also gave some comments to the Inter TV microphones after the match at the Stadio Atleti Azzurri: "We knew the type of match we had to play today, against a team that pressed very high and wouldn't let us play. However we still had chances, particularly when they started to struggle physically we were able to do more. Matching their formation? Yes, that was more or less the idea. They are used to it and we could put together some good moves like that. We had lots of chances to score but we didn't succeed, it's a shame."

"Atalanta's pressing was very aggressive; every time we wanted to play we had a man on our back. We struggled in the first twenty minutes but little by little we got into the game and started to do more. When we score goals, things always become a lot more simple, but lately we haven't managed to score."

"Inter-Cagliari? We need to play our our game; we must think about winning. It's very important for us to play at the San Siro."
