The Nerazzurri goalkeeper after Lazio vs. Inter: "Congratulations to everyone, the return to the Champions League has to be a starting point"


ROME- It was SamirHandanovic’s turn to excitedly comment on the dramatic 3-2 away win at the Stadio Olimpico that secured Champions League football for the 2018-19 season. "The pitch made the judgement and said that we deserved it," said the Nerazzurri’s goalkeeper when asked for a comment on the result. 

"We improved a lot this season, but this fourth-place finish can only be a starting point. Congratulations to everyone. Now, we have to do even more," he concluded.
