The enthusiasm of Chinese Inter Clubs upon return to the Champions League

MILAN - Thousands of kilometres separate Italy from China but both were united in their enthusiasm for Inter’s win away at Lazio to qualify for the 2018-19 Champions League. Be it in Beijing or Shanghai, over hundreds of Nerazzurri fans (including many local Inter Club members) gathered to watch the match at the Stadio Olimpico live on television. In over 40 Chinese cities, over 1,000 Interisti organised spontaneous parties to watch the match against the Biancocelesti, celebrating through the night after the important success of Luciano Spalletti’s side to deliver a long-awaited return to the Champions League.
