APPIANO GENTILE - The morning’s training session at the Suning Training Centre was preceded by a session in the video room.
To follow, there was a warm-up in the gym with sidesteps, speed drills and short shuttle runs. To follow, there was ball possession work with small gates. In the end, there was a long tactical session.
