Andrea Pirlo receives 'Il Bello del Calcio' award

MILAN - On Tuesday morning at the Sala Buzzati-Fondazione Corriere della Sera in Milan, the twelfth edition of the international ‘Il Bello del Calcio’ prize in memory of GiacintoFacchetti was held. 

The award went to AndreaPirlo with Gianfelice Facchetti presenting it with his family present. 

"It’s a pleasure to receive this honour," said Pirlo. "I had the good fortune to know Facchetti and I’m honoured to receive it. I have a wonderful memory of my time at Inter, it was the team I supported as I child and there were lots of great players in the squad." 

Vice-President JavierZanetti was in attendance to represent FC Internazionale Milano.
