Politano: "I'm pleased with my first few days"

APPIANO GENTILE - Following team’s first session on Friday, Matteo Politano took the time to speak exclusively to inter TV: “The first few days are going really well. The Coach is working us hard but that is how it should be in pre-season.

“Spalletti likes us to work a lot with the ball and we’re already trying out tactics. I’ve given a warm welcome and I am delighted with the start. I now really want to get out there and play. The fans have shown me great affection and I can’t wait to rejoice together with them. Being stocky means that I can regain my fitness quickly during pre-season and I now can’t want to start.

“I’m still impressed by the club’s structures and the way in which the coach and my new teammates are working.”
