The second week of #InterPreSeason gets underway

APPIANO GENTILE - The second week of pre-season work began at the Suning Training Centre with a double session ahead of the match on Wednesday night against Sion in the first Trophée de Tourbillon.

The morning session was preceded by time spent in the video room. After, there was work in the gym with a focus on strength exercises. After that, the players moved out onto the pitch where the focus remained on muscular strength with short sprints and directional changes. Away from the fitness work, the team took part in tactical drills that focused on build-up play.
