Final training session of the week at Appiano Gentile

APPIANO GENTILE - After heading back from Pisa following the 3-3 draw with Zenit St Petersburg, the Nerazzurri were back on the pitch at the Suning Training Centre for the final session of the week. Work began in the gym with a warm-up on the stationary bikes. That was followed by stretching and recovery work. After, the squad moved to the pitch for fitness work and running drills. Those who played more against Zenit stopped there while the other players had further tactical work focusing on building from the back after recovering the ball. 

At the end of training, Luciano Spalletti and all the players stopped to greet Inter Club members, the fans and guests who were present at pitchside. There was time to take photos and sign autographs and shirts.
