Ausilio: "The quality of the squad was not in doubt"

MILAN - Just minutes before kick-off for Inter vs. Torino, Nerazzurri sporting director PieroAusilio said this to Sky Sport: "We've put together a solid side and everything was done in agreement with the coach. The defeat to Sassuolo? It was unfortunate, as a defeat can be, but the quality of the squad was never in doubt. The transfer market? The incomings were completed early but that was fine and we're pleased with our squad. Eventual outgoings don't depend on us. We had some offers for Joao Mario but he's happy here, as I've seen in training."
