The Nerazzurri tactician spoke to Inter TV after the Primavera's debut draw against Tottenham in the UEFA Youth League

SESTO SAN GIOVANNI – The first match of the UEFA Youth League for the Primavera finished 1-1 draw against Tottenham on Tuesday. It was a game in which Inter played well and deserved to get more out of: “We were better today compared to the game against Cagliari,” said ArmandoMadonna to Inter TV. “This opening game in the Youth League represents a step forward for us.

“Obviously there is some regret, and we should’ve shown something more, however, Tottenham seemed in better shape than us.” As for the penalty, Madonna added: “Everyone can make mistakes, both referees and players. I don’t think it affected the players, they know that these things can happen.”
