Zanetti: “We're ready for the Champions League”

MILAN - Inter vice-president Javier Zanetti had this to say to Sky Sport just minutes before the UEFA Champions League match between Inter and Tottenham at San Siro,: “These lads wanted to return to the Champions League at all costs and they showed this against Lazio when they carried on playing until the final minutes in the last game of last season. Now we’re here, we are absolutely ready to produce a big performance. This squad is capable of doing well: we have a difficult group but our fans deserve a big response. Now we have to only think about playing well.”
