MILAN - We’re straight back to it this week, with the Nerazzurri set to take on Stefano Pioli’s Fiorentina on Tuesday evening at the Meazza (21:00 CEST).

There have been a total of 160 previous meetings between Fiorentina and Inter in Serie A, with the Nerazzurri recording 65 wins, 51 draws and 44 defeats. A total of 28 goals have been scored in the past six matches between and Inter and Fiorentina in Serie A, which is an average of 4.7 goals a game. Inter have won 16 of their last 19 league games against Fiorentina at San Siro, while the Viola have won the remaining three (two of the last four).

Mauro Icardi has scored 10 goals against Fiorentina in Serie A, eight of which have come in the last four games against the Viola (four at San Siro). Only Calhanoglu (14) and Callejón (17) have set up their teammates more often than Politano (13) this season.

Marcelo Brozovic (496) has made more passes than any else so far in the league. Meanwhile, Stefan De Vrij’s next appearance in Serie A will be No.100. Kwadwo Asamoah’s last goal in Serie A was against Fiorentina, coming back in March 2014. Radja Nainggolan has scored three goals against Fiorentina in Serie A, only bagging more against Bologna (four) and Inter (five).

Keita Balde has scored three goals against Fiorentina in Serie A, the highest against any opposition. As for Antonio Candreva, he has scored one goal and provided three assists in his last four games against Fiorentina. Lastly, Ivan Perisic and recorded two goals and two assists in his last three matches against Fiorentina in Serie A.
