NYON - A forum dedicated to the teams involved in the UEFA Youth League recently took place on 12th and 13th November at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon. Over the two days, there were more than 80 coaches and directors present from various football academies across Europe. This included Inter’s Primavera Coach Armando Madonna and the technical director of the Nerazzurri’s Elite Academy Daniele Bernazzani.

Many things were discussed, including the ‘keys’ to a successful Youth Sector and an analysis of both Ajax and Lyon. There were also references to fair play, something upon which UEFA place vital importance, as well as moments of discussion and the sharing of ideas.
