Politano scores as Italy beat the USA

The Nerazzurri winger finished off Gagliardini's assist to win it for the Azzurri in added time


GENK – Matteo Politano scored late on to hand the Azzurri a victory against the USA in a friendly match played at the Luminus Arena in Genk. The winning goal came in the 93rd minute after good combination play between Verratti, Gagliardini and goalscorer Politano.

Inter’s number 16 came onto the pitch just minutes before the final whistle and calmly slotted home from near the penalty spot to ensure the win for Roberto Mancini’s side.
