The Coppa Italia Round of 16 will see the first-ever women's #DerbyMilano

MILAN - Over the last few weeks, Inter have added continuity to their Elite Academy project thanks to the official introduction of the Women’s First Team. Sebastian De Luca Fuente’s Nerazzurri team are currently leading the Serie B standings thanks to four wins from their first four matches, picked up against Roma XIV, Empoli, Cittadella and Genoa.

They’ve also started strongly in the Coppa Italia, with a 6-0 win against Genoa ensuring Inter’s spot in the Round of 16 where they’ll now face Milan. The day of the first women’s #DerbyMilano will be December 8, with the Nerazzurri playing the knock-out game at home.

The other tournament matches are as follows: Florentia vs Fiorentina, Pink Sport Time vs Tavagnacco, Sassuolo vs Chievo Verona Valpo, Orobica Calcio Bergamo vs AS Roma, Roma Calcio Femminile vs Mozzanica, Castelvecchio vs Juventus and San Zaccaria vs Women Hellas Verona.
