Ausilio: "Inter will put in the necessary performance"

MILAN - Ahead of kick-off in the Champions League fixture between Inter and Barcelona, Sporting Director Piero Ausilio spoke with Sky Sport. "The atmosphere is on our side. We’re playing at San Siro, our home and our stadium and there’s lots of enthusiasm. The team is responding well and I think the fans are close to what the guys are doing. We can’t just think about the emotional side of things, there are the technical and physical sides to think about as well. We’ve prepared well for this match, I’m convinced that Inter will perform as we need to. We’re enjoying a good spell but we need to think about each game as it comes. Without a doubt, the win against Tottenham gave us self-confidence, such matches give you belief."
