A special third half for the Nerazzurri's Under - 19 team

MILAN – Our Under-19 Primavera side took part in a very special third half alongside their Barcelona counterparts after the UEFA Youth League match at Stadio Breda. Also there were directors, the coaches and the UEFA match delegate.

Everybody paid a visit to the Grande Ospedale Metropolitano Niguarda, a large hospital in Milan. A video was shown which explained the social initiatives being carried out in the area by the whole Inter family through the Inter in the Community project.

After being welcomed by the hospital’s Director General Dr. Marco Trivelli, the players met the young patients being treated in the paediatrics department at the hospital and paid a visit to the Centro di Riabilitazione Equestre, which uses equine assisted therapy as part of the rehabilitation of patients with problems relating to the specialist branch of medicine known as child and adolescent psychiatry.

After visiting the hospital, the players went to the Inter Academy Milano, where they spent further time together promoting fair play.
