Ahead of the #DerbyMilano in the Coppa Italia, the coach of Inter Women spoke to Inter TV: "We're taking it step by step"

MILAN – Ahead of the #DerbyMilano in the Coppa Italia, Sebastian De La Fuente, the coach of Inter Women, spoke to Inter TV.

First of all, he spoke about his side’s last league match: "We were lacking a little bit of cutting edge in the final third against Football Milan Ladies. We could have doubled our lead earlier, but I’m satisfied with the result."

He then commented on the first women’s derby: "It’s a unique opportunity for the girls: we’ll be playing a very strong side who are top of Serie A. My players are continuing to learn and we’ll be ready for this match."

De La Fuente then expressed what he thought was the key to continuing to do well: "You need to work hard, never settle for what you’ve achieved, and continue on the path you’ve taken, taking it step by step."
