MILAN – This afternoon, the space for Inter and Suning in the heart of the Zona Tortona at Design Week 2018 was presented to the press.
This is what Steven Zhang had to say to the journalists in attendance. “It’s the first time for Inter and for Suning at Design Week and I thank you all for being here. Fans and consumers today want more experiences and better quality, the important thing for us is to give the best experience possible. They want interesting matches and not just good players but also good food and entertainment. Younger generations are natives on social media, how do we capture their attention again? It’s important for us to indentify who we are, say what we want to do and to be at the forefront of trends. To do this, we need to make use of new technologies such as facial recognition and artificial intelligence. The competition is very strong in this sector and we need to look to the future. What distinguishes us from the others? Inter have lots of tradition, Suning is young and both most make the use of the best and most innovative technologies.”
“We must offer the best service possible and best experience for our fans and clients because they can enjoy this experience together with us. This sums up what we want to offer in our stores and at our stadium. Even if we’re 110 years old, we want to be the most youth-orientated club in the world. The Suning shopping experience is different from every other one in the world and innovative compared to the others. We represent the world of design, innovation and Milan.”
