Vecino: "We have to get back to winning straight away"

MILAN - MatiasVecino was one of the players who spoke after the match between Inter and Lazio. "Them taking the lead created difficulty for us because it meant that the game went in the direction they wanted. We created some chances but unfortunately, we couldn’t take them. They did well to defend and leave little space open and it created problems for us. We could have increased the space between us in the table which is what we wanted to do but now we can only win as many games as possible to reach our goal. Genoa go into the next game after they lost so they’ll be up for it and it will be a good game. There are nine games to go, we’ll recover over the next two days to be in the best shape for them. After a loss, morale isn’t great and we’re not happy. Unfortunately, that’s how it went today and we have to get back to winning on Wednesday."
