Technical Director for Inter Academy Marco Monti was among the guests for two days in Queensland dedicated to Australian coaches
GOLDCOAST - Inter Academy had another important engagement as a guest in Queensland for the inaugural International Football Coaching Conference Australia, a two-day conference on the topic of technical instruction for Australian coaches.
Out of the key figures at the event which features leaders in the sector is Inter Academy’s Technical Director Marco Monti. Using experiences from his work with the Nerazzurri, he will share information related to the Club’s Elite Academy and its approach in how it develops new sportspeople and coaches.
It’s not just about theory however. Monti will also be on the pitch for a demo session focusing on mental intensity in training.
