De Vrij: "These matches are useful in terms of helping us improve"

SINGAPORE - Stefan De Vrij was the first Nerazzurri player to comment on Inter’s opening 2019 International Champions Cup fixture, a match which was decided by Greenwood’s goal.

"They are a great team with a lot of strong players," the Nerazzurri defender said after the game. "We are still working to improve and there’s still a lot to do. We’ve tried out various playing systems and these games are very useful as we continue to prepare."
