Sensi: "We're working well and on the right road"

NANJING - Following the Nerazzurri’s second appearance in the 2019 International Champions Cup, Stefano Sensi described the team’s performance to Inter TV after he was the best player on the pitch in the first half. “The Coach asked for intensity from us, to always go and meet the opponent in space. I think we had a great first half and then dropped off a bit because of the heat. We’re working and we’re looking to show what the Coach asks of us on the pitch. We’re happy at having worked well, especially in defence and we’re on the right road. I have great players alongside me so I feel good. We need to work to keep improving how we manage the ball and get it forward.”
