Brozovic: "We're very united as a group"

MILAN - A magnificent right-foot hit into the top corner to launch the season in style. Marcelo Brozovic scored the first Inter goal of the 2019-20 season against Lecce before looking back on the 4-0 win with Inter TV. “Perhaps in the first 10 to 15 minutes, we misplaced too many passes but then we improved and got the goal. It always makes you happy to score but the important thing is that the team wins and we’re very united as a group. You can see it on the pitch, we’re doing what the Coach asks of us. We’re fighting and we always give 100% to win.”

The next match is on Sunday but the San Siro crowd were on his mind. “We’re now thinking about the away trip but I have to say that it’s always nice to have such a big crowd, their support has never gone away over these years.”
