Barella: "We improved a lot in the second half, now all heads on Sampdoria"

MILAN - A sumptuous performance characterised by a mixture of determination and technique: this described Nicolò Barella’s display which inspired Inter to success against Lazio. The midfielder touched on his feelings after the game as he spoke to Inter TV: “We knew it would be tough, the Coach had already told us that, but we improved a lot in the second half. My teammates, the Coach and everyone else has helped me to settle into the team. I’ll play wherever Conte tells me to, I’ve always played on the left, I like it there... but wherever the Coach puts me is fine. My chance to score? I could have done better but luckily Danilo’s goal made the difference. Now all heads turn to Sampdoria, we have to keep on winning and then there will be time to prepare for the match against Barcelona.”
