Brozovic: "A team win, there was a tough period in the game"

GENOA - Marcelo Brozovic put in yet another masterful performance for Inter tonight. He simply ran the game against Sampdoria in Genoa, getting up and down the pitch, winning the ball back and creating non-stop, most notably in the case of the assist for Gagliardini’s goal: Inter’s third to kill off the match.

The Croatian midfielder spoke to Sky Sport after the game: “We played really well, there was a tough period after the sending off, but we played and won as a team. Conte always tells us what to do, each of us know our individual roles on the pitch. We put in a great performance today, we’re showing consistency.”

Now Barcelona and then onto Juventus: “We’re focused on the first game, then we’ll start to think about the next. Barcelona are one of the best teams in the world but we are Inter and we want to show that we’re at the top, we have to prove that on the pitch.”
