Shared experiences and parties together for the children at Inter Campus, resulting in an increasingly united group

MANAGUA - A week bursting with moments of sharing and growth has come to an end for the three Nicaraguan coaches and the 90 children who all took part in the Project.

A fully immersive set of meetings and training sessions allowed our local educators to make important steps in their development as coaches. The objective of this was to illustrate to them the principles of training and on what areas they should give more focus and attention to.

The week ended with a final party. All the children were on the baseball pitches of the Nicaraguan Institute of Sport (Istituto Nicaraguense de Deporte -IND). Five pitches had been prepared for the occasion.

The parents were constantly involved throughout the week and the dialogue between them and the local coaches helped establish a relationship built on collaboration, which will definitely be a source support for the activities that will take place there in the coming months.
