Double session at the Suning Training Centre

APPIANO GENTILE – The Nerazzurri completed a double session today. In the morning, the team warmed up, worked on ball possession, did technical and fitness drills and took part in a final practice match. In the afternoon, there was a focus on individual technique before strength exercises were carried out in the gym.
