Inter - Nationals: the Nerazzurri on the pitch on Sunday

MILAN - Yesterday marked the end of a week full of action this international break, here are all the Nerazzurri who were involved with their national teams.

Argentina celebrated a 6-1 victory in their friendly against Ecuador. Lautaro Martinez was selected to start by Coach Scaloni and played the entire first half, winning the penalty to make it 3-0 in the game.

A flawless run so far for De Vrij and Lukaku’s Belgium, neither of whom were used in their final match of the break: the side in orange overcame Belarus with a 2-1 win in Group C to secure qualification for the EURO 2020 finals, then going on to win 2-0 against Kazakhstan to remain on maximum points.

Top of Group E on 14 points, Croatia drew 1-1 against Wales, a match for which Coach Dalić had to do without the suspended Marcelo Brozovic. Slovakia recorded the same result in their friendly against Paraguay.

Finally, Valentino Lazaro was decisive once again for Austria: after scoring the goal to start the comeback against Israel, this time the Nerazzurri wide man provided the assist for the only goal of the game in Austria’s win over Slovenia, pushing them up to second spot in Group G on 16 points.
