The Nerazzurri wing-back ahead of Inter's next Champions League clash: "The Coach has helped us take a big step forward in the quality of our play"

DORTMUND - With just one day to go until Borussia Dortmund vs. Inter, matchday four of the UEFA Champions League 2019/20 group stage, Antonio Candreva joined Antonio Conte in the pre-match press conference for the game. Here’s what he had to say: “Of course I remember Italy’s game against Germany in the 2006 World Cup in this stadium. I was just over 18 and I was on holiday with friends, we watched the game together and it was a one of a kind feeling to experience that as an Italian.”

Candreva has been on a great run of form in recent games: “Growth under Conte? The Coach has helped us take a big step forward in the quality of our play, both at home and away. We’re working hard both in training and in matches. We have to keep this up, we have to follow his lead because he can take us far.”
