The Nerazzurri defender after the UEFA Champions League game

DORTMUND - Diego Godin looked back on Inter’s defeat to Borussia Dortmund after the game with Inter TV: “We had a fantastic first half with great levels of intensity, it wasn’t easy because they pressed us very high. We tried to match it in the second half but didn’t manage it. We ran into trouble as Borussia Dortmund gained in momentum and they came back into the game. This is certainly a defeat that we need to reflect on, we still have to work to do and we need to keep improving. When you play teams with the level of quality that Borussia Dortmund or Barcelona have, any mistakes you make are costly.”
