A hat-trick from Mulattieri and a goal from Fonseca see Armando Madonna's men win their rearranged matchday six clash against the Rossoblù

MILAN - The Nerazzurri ran out comfortable winners in their rearranged matchday six Primavera 1 TIM fixture against Bologna, with the match at the Suning Youth Development Centre ending 4-0. Mulattieri’s hat-trick and a goal from Fonsea decided today’s contest. Inter U19s will return to the pitch at 11:00 CET on Saturday 7 December to face Lazio (matchday 11).

Inter started strongly and took charge early on: Colombini broke down the left and provided the perfect assist for Mulattieri, who had the easy job of putting the ball in the net. A few minutes later, Oristanio and then Vergani threatened, but Bologna managed to get the ball away from danger. In the 17th minute, the away side had their first real effort as Farinelli’s strike sailed over the bar. Between minutes 32 and 40, Mulattieri scored another two: he bagged his second of the day with his left foot before then diverting Persyn’s shot past the goalkeeper to make it 3-0.

The game was played at a lower tempo in the second half with Bologna doing the attacking and Inter happy to sit back and look to counter. As the minutes passed, the Nerazzurri began seeing more of the ball and getting it out wide. In the 87th minute, Fonseca added a fourth with a great shot across Molla. Inter thus picked up the three points and recorded their second consecutive win in the league.
