The Nerazzurri forward hit three goals in 22 minutes of the 4-0 friendly win against Mexico


MILAN - It was a special night for Lautaro Martinez who started for Argentina in their friendly against Mexico in San Antonio, Texas. The Nerazzurri forward enjoyed a sensational first half, scoring three goals between the 17th and 39th minutes and he also won the penalty that led to the Albiceleste’s third goal. Scaloni’s side won the match 4-0 and Lautaro went off at the end of the first half. The ‘Toro’ scored two goals with his left foot and one with his right, taking his Argentina goal tally up to nine. 

Matias Vecino was also in action as the United States of America played Uruguay in a friendly in Missouri. The Nerazzurri midfielder played the full 90 of the 1-1 draw. 

Alessandro Bastoni started for the Italy Under-21 side and played for 90 minutes. The Azzurrini beat Luxembourg 5-0 in the first match of qualifying for the 2021 Under-21 European Championship.
