Mulattieri cancels out Sekulov’s opener, the big clash in Vinovo ends with a point each for the Bianconeri and Nerazzurri

VINOVO - Inter came back from Turin with a point after their 1-1 draw with Juventus on matchday 19 in the Primavera 1 TIM division, Mulattieri levelling the scores after Sekulov’s first-half goal.

Juventus got off to a strong start, scoring after just two minutes of play with Sekulov. The Nerazzurri struggled to get going, with Coach Madonna opting for a double change in the 25th minute as he sent on both Gnonto and Moretti. The improvements were visible right away, as the Inter U19s grew into the game and almost drew level through Fonseca in the 40th minute. There was however a scare right before half-time, Sekulov smashing his shot against the crossbar with a chance to kill off the game.

The Nerazzurri threatened right away in the second half, but Israel did well to keep out Mulattieri. The Juve keeper came up with another miracle save in the 60th minute as Mulattieri had another big chance. However, it was a case of third time lucky, Satriano chipping through to our no.9 who slotted home for a deserved leveller in the 68th minute. Both teams went for the win in the remaining 20 minutes, with Mulattieri just inches away from the decisive goal, but nothing more was to come and it ended 1-1 at full-time.
