International tournament for Inter | QLASH: the PES 2020 European Friendly Cup gets underway

MILAN – Inter | QLASH are ready to take to the pitch in an exciting new PES 2020 international tournament. Following on from the weekly event with which we have kept you bust on Sundays without football (click here to rewatch the games), it’s now time to virtually take to the pitch to challenge prestigious European clubs.
The PES 2020 European Friendly Cup, a tournament organised by Galatasaray, kicks off today and will feature eSports teams from Inter, Barcelona, Juventus, Manchester United, Arsenal, Celtic, Monaco, Schalke 04 and Göztepe.

The tournament will fill the whole week, with two groups of five teams facing each other in two-on-two matches. Our Pro Player Luigi “kirito_yuuki_00” Loffredo and Alberto Nobile “diegoforlan997” will defend the Nerazzurri colours representing Inter | QLASH, both of whom were chosen by Inter in the eSerie A TIM draft after passing the online qualifiers.
Inter | QLASH are in Group B with Barcelona, Galatasaray, Manchester United and Göztepe. From today, Wednesday 15 April until Saturday 18, our eSports team will be engaged in two matches per day: the group stage matches will be two-legged.
On April 21 and 22, the final phase of the tournament will take place where the first two teams in each group will play. On the 21st, first place of Group A will face second of Group B, and vice versa, with the final scheduled for the 22nd.
All Nerazzurri fans will be able to follow the Inter | QLASH matches in the PES 2020 European Friendly Cup on our YouTube channel where we will broadcast the full matches. Meanwhile on our social media profiles, we’ll publish a clip with highlights of our team’s journey through the tournament each day.
