#Timeless2010 memorabilia: Esteban Cambiasso

MILAN - The first of our #Timeless2010 Instagram challenges was taken up by Esteban Cambiasso today. Having been nominated by Javier Zanetti, who showed off his captain’s armband from that night on 22 May 2010 as one of his keepsakes from that historic season where Inter lifted the Champions League trophy in Madrid, it was our former Argentine midfielder’s turn to reveal his collection.

In his video response, Cambiasso selected his training top from the 2009/10 season as one of the objects that reminds him of the Treble, but not the one he wore on the pitch before big games. Cuchu spoke about how he wore that Nerazzurri shirt to bed each night, dreaming of the perfect games which he and his teammates would go on to make a reality on the pitch.

Someone who knew that all too well was his roommate Diego Milito, with El Principe the next player nominated for the challenge.
