The midfielder has joined the Nerazzurre on loan from Roma

MILAN – Flaminia Simonetti is officially an Inter player. Our new midfielder, born in 1997, has joined the Club on a year-long loan from AS Roma.

Having risen up the ranks in Roma Women’s youth teams, she signed for Res Roma in 2012, where she remained until 2016. The following summer, she moved to Switzerland for a brief spell at Neunkirch before returning to Res Roma, where she stayed until 2018, when the club became a part of AS Roma. Her next move saw her sign for Empoli on a year-long loan in the summer of 2019.

Simonetti has also played for Italy’s youth teams since 2012.

A warm welcome to Flaminia from the entire Nerazzurri family and best of luck for the season ahead! #WelcomeFlaminia
