The MVP from Inter vs. Shakhtar Donetsk is...

DÜSSELDORF - A wonderful performance and a ruthless 5-0 win: Inter flew into the Europa League final, making easy work of Shakhtar Donetsk. A controlled display by the whole team, who picked their moments to devastating effect. And while everybody made a contribution, we selected four players for Nerazzurri fans to choose from in our MVP poll on Twitter. The player who received the most votes was... Lautaro Martinez!  

• Lautaro Martinez: Two goals and an assist for El Toro, who was a man unleashed. A header, a right-footed strike from outside the box and a ball to set up Lukaku to score. A match where he relentlessly displayed all his quality | 52% of the vote share

• Nicolò Barella: The fuse that lit the match: he was the player to regain possession and whip in a cross for Lautaro to open the scoring. An action-packed and admirable performance | 33% of the vote share

• Romelu Lukaku: A complicated beginning, a fantastic end. All his power came to the fore as he scored with his left and his right, a double which saw him make it 33 goals in all competitions this season | 11% of the vote share

• Danilo D'Ambrosio: As always, a key figure in both phases. His header was a devastating blow to Shakhtar | 4% of the vote share
