Stefan de Vrij awarded prize for best defender of the 2019/2020 Serie A season

MILAN - On the 4th of August of last year, Lega Serie A announced the best players of the 2019/2020 season, with prizes awarded role by role. Stefan de Vrij has been awarded the prize for best defender of the 2019/2020 season. As a result, he is set to show off a Serie A badge in the centre of his Nerazzuri shirt that acknowledges him as the best player in his role last season.

Before the Derby kicked off, the Dutch defender received the official award from Lega Serie A.
