The Nerazzurri player remained on the pitch throughout as Portugal picked up a late victory

SPLIT – After their match against Sweden, Croatia returned to the pitch for their sixth UEFA Nations League fixture in League A Group 3. At the Poljud Stadium in Split, Dalic’s side took the lead against Portugal thanks to a goal from Kovacic, who went on to score a second after Ruben Dias and Joao Felix had turned things around for the away team. Dias then netted a late winner against a Croatia side for whom Perisic started and remained on the pitch throughout.

France have finished top of Group 3 with 16 points, three ahead of Portugal (13). Croatia and Sweden both picked up three points from their six matches, with the latter suffering relegation to League B on goal difference.
