World Day of Social Justice, sport as a lever to guarantee fundamental human rights

Today, 20 February 2021, is the World Day of Social Justice, established in 2007 by the United Nations, with the aim of promoting principles of equality in all its possible forms as well as promoting inclusive policies. Social justice means equal access to all types of resources and activities, without any discrimination. In this sense, the role of sport as a facilitator of peace and development is now widely recognized, just as it is also recognized that social justice is a fundamental requirement for peace. For over 20 years, Inter Campus has been working in this direction and following these principles, using sport as a social lever to ensure that thousands of boys and girls have those fundamental rights that should never be denied, such as the right to education, to health, to play.
