Hakimi: "A complicated match, we're already focusing on Sunday"

LA SPEZIA – Inter drew 1-1 with Spezia this evening, their second successive stalemate in the league. Achraf Hakimi was heavily involved this evening and a frequent threat down the right flank, with the Moroccan managing to set Perisic up for the Nerazzurri’s equaliser.

After the match, the Nerazzurri’s No.2 had the following to say to Inter TV: “We did all that we could to win the match. We knew that it’d be a complicated game, we’ll take this point and focus on the next one.

“Is there tension as the season nears its end? We’ve build up a solid advantage over the chasing back, one which allows us to have peace of mind. However, we need to focus on winning Sunday’s match. It’s another step as we look to achieve our objective and take things game by game.”

Hakimi was full of running and did a lot of sprinting tonight: “This is one of my qualities, I try to use my attributes to help the team.”
